Sand Tarts
2 c. sugar
4 ½ c. flour
1 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 t. vanilla
bake at 350*
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs, flour & vanilla
Chill dough thoroughly. Roll thin. Cut with round
cutter & place on ungreased sheet. Top with egg,
colored sugar, cinnamon, & chopped nuts. Bake 350*
until lightly browned.
