We are a resort community serving Killington&#8217;s residents, second homeowners, visitors, resort workers and neighboring towns.?The successful candidate will have a proven record of sound management decisions and the ability to exercise good judgment, along with the ability to communicate effectively and positively.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES?<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:? all areas of library management and administration, including hiring, training and supervising of personnel; collaboration and consensus building; collection development; budgeting and fiscal management;?oversight of programs and services; grant writing; and community relations; policy development and long range planning.?
