You will report directly to the Customer Support Manager, someone who will give you a daily clinic on how to be outstanding in almost every conceivable way as you support and contribute to the efforts of Sales and Customer Support.<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p><b>About You:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a get-stuff-done attitude<\/li>\n<li>You have experience serving customers in some way and can confidently say that you are good at it and like it too!<\/li>\n<li>You are good at solving problems<\/li>\n<li>You pay attention to the details. Always.<\/li>\n<li>You are so organized it annoys some people<\/li>\n<li>You are so positive it inspires many people<\/li>\n<li>You like libraries (or better yet, you love them)<\/li>\n<li>You are a good communicator &#8211; in writing, in person, and over the phone<\/li>\n<li>You can comfortably work with Excel spreadsheets and browser-based software<\/li>\n<li>You are currently pursuing a degree or have recently graduated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Job:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries that come in via e-mail or phone<\/li>\n<li>Help us transition to a new ticketing system that will help us track these inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Update customer accounts with customized options using our internal web-based tool<\/li>\n<li>Package and mail collateral materials to customers<\/li>\n<li>Help the Sales team with the fulfillment of new orders and any other support tasks that keep our current customers happy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p><b>Compensation:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>$10-$15\/hour<\/p>\n<p><b>?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Location:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Boston, MA (near South Station)<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Please e-mail <a href=\"mailto:careers@credoreference.com\">careers@credoreference.com<\/a>? attaching your resume and indicating the following subject, &#8220;Customer Support Intern.&#8221;?
