The Wayland Public Library is seeking a person to perform circulation tasks and assist with public services in our busy Youth Services Department.<\/p>\n

Schedule: One 3-hour weekday shift each week, one 6-hour Saturday shift\/month and one 3-hour Sunday shift\/month, plus availability to substitute during afternoons and evenings.<\/p>\n
?<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will have an interest in children’s literature as well as a strong interest in working with youth of all ages, including teens. The job also involves working patiently with parents\/caregivers. This job requires flexibility and also the ability to work supportively as part of a team.<\/p>\n

Must be comfortable working with standard office hardware and software applications. Excellent customer service skills essential. Previous circulation work preferred. Familiarity with computers preferred. Experience with III Millennium Circulation a plus. Pay = $15.00 per hour.<\/p>\n
