Faron Young 45 RPM Vinyl record including “Alone With You” and “Every Time I’m Kissing You” was released in 1958 by Capitol Records. “Alone With You” was written by Young, Lester Vanadore and Roy Drusky, and “Every Time I’m Kissing You” was written by Young and Carl Belew.
Faron Young (February 25, 1932 – December 10, 1996) was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and was an American country music singer and songwriter. He was known as the “The Hillbilly Heartthrob” and “The Young Sheriff” or “The Singing Sheriff”. Faron Young was a chart topper in country music with his first hit being “Goin’ Steady” in October 1952 just before being drafted into the army. In 2000, Young was inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame.
